Inspection of Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
Right of Withdrawal (Non-Faulty Items)
In accordance with Spanish and European consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the item, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us of your decision to return the item within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
